Mr. Marsh worked in investment banking for 15 years at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank in diverse roles from credit risk management to derivative sales, structured finance and private equity.
During the first 10 years of his career, Mr. Marsh worked as a mining and exploration geologist in Australia, Scandinavia and the former Soviet Union with direct experience in Archaean orogenic gold and volcanic nickel sulphide deposits, slate belt gold, and epithermal and porphyry copper-gold systems.
He holds an MSc in Economic Geology from the University of Tasmania and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
