Burgess is a Portfolio Manager & Fixed Income Analyst at Cumberland Advisors, Inc. He joined Cumberland Advisors in 2013.

He assists in credit research relating to current and prospective tax-exempt bond holdings.
Prior to joining Cumberland Advisors, Mr. Burgess worked at his family’s construction company while attending college.
He graduated with a B.A.
in Finance from the University of South Florida.
