Mr. Shep Wainwright is Strategic Consultant at Savanna Partners LLC.
Prior to joining Savanna in 2006, he was a co-founder of the restaurant company Cosi, Inc. He helped to develop the chain into a nationally-recognized brand with over 90 restaurants in 11 states.
Mr. Wainwright’s primary responsibility at Cosi, Inc. was to run the real estate development and leasing side of the business.
He oversaw market strategy, site selection, construction and property management.
He remained with Cosi, Inc. until the company’s public offering in 2002, after which he left the company to focus on development projects in New York City.
Mr. Wainwright received a BA in Art History from Hamilton College, where he graduated cum laude and is currently a guest lecturer in “Managing Growth” at Columbia Business School.
