Simon Fisk

Mr. Simon Fisk is Chief Operating Officer & Senior Vice President at Pembroke Real Estate, Inc. Before joining Pembroke, Mr. Fisk was managing director for an international real estate bank and was a key member of the senior management of the bank’s Europe, Middle East and India platform, providing guidance and input into new business strategy and transaction assessment.
While at the bank, he fulfilled several roles, including oversight of the underwriting functions and responsibility for business origination.
Previously, he held senior positions in European real estate investment banking, working in both corporate finance and capital markets providing advice to listed real estate companies and corporations with operational real estate.
He also gained experience in fund raising, management and structuring as well as direct real estate investment and development activities as a managing director with Tishman Speyer Properties in Europe.
