FMR Investment Management (UK) Ltd. (FMRIM UK) is an investment management firm headquartered in London, UK. The firm was founded in 2006 and is a subsidiary of Fidelity Management & Research Co. LLC (FMR), itself a subsidiary of FMR LLC in the US. FMRIM UK provides investment advisory and portfolio management services as a sub-adviser to certain FMR clients, which includes investment companies in the Fidelity family of mutual funds.

Fidelity Management & Research (UK), Inc. (FMR-UK) is the Great Britain-based research and investment advisory subsidiary of Fidelity Management & Research, itself a subsidiary of FMR LLC in the US. Located in London, the firm provides research and investment advisory services for Fidelity mutual funds domiciled outside of the US. They also sub-advise portfolios of non-US investments within mutual funds and investment trusts and operate in close relationship with FIL Investments International Ltd., also based in London.

KDA Capital LLP (KDA Capital) is the UK alternative investment subsidiary of KDA Capital (Cayman) Ltd. The firm was established in 2005 by David Baverez and is based in London. They manage their flagship fund, the KDA Capital European Fund, for high-net worth U.S. and European individual and institutional clients. Investments in the fund, backed by Chris Hohn's hedge fund, TCI, are frozen for three years.
