Stephanie Kim

Stephanie Kim joined ZMC in 2023 as Corporate Counsel.
Before joining ZMC, Ms. Kim was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in the Private Capital Transactions and General Corporate groups where she focused on M&A, leveraged buyouts, and other private equity investments.
Ms. Kim received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California and a J.D.
from New York University School of Law.
Ms. Kim is admitted to the New York State Bar.
