Greenberg is the founder of CSTV Networks, Inc. (1999) and Classic Sports Network (1993).
At Classic Sports Network, he held the title of President from 1993 to 1997.
Mr. Greenberg is also the founder of Fusient Media Ventures, Inc. He currently holds a Director position at Cellerant Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Greenberg has held Director positions at The Topps Co., Inc., Convera Corp., and Xenith LLC.
He was also a Managing Director at Allen & Co. LLC.
Mr. Greenberg's former positions include Managing Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP (1977-1989) and Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Commissioner at Major League Baseball Blue, Inc. (1990-1993).
Mr. Greenberg received his undergraduate degree from Yale University in 1970 and his graduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1977.
