Steve Hodkinson

Steve Hodkinson has been Chief Accounting Officer of Schawk, Inc. since June 2, 2008.
He has been a Director of AP Services and AlixPartners since May 2002.
Mr. Hodkinson has provided services as an Interim Corporate Controller and Interim Principal Accounting Officer pursuant to the AP Services Agreement.
He holds various accounting and advisory roles with AlixPartners' Turnaround and Restructuring practice.
Mr. Hodkinson was Chief Accounting Officer of Calpine Corp.
until August 29, 2008.
He received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Hodkinson is a Certified Public Accountant.
