Steven L. Volla

Mr. Volla has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. since November 2001.
He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pathmark Stores, Inc., a publicly held hospital management company, since 2002.
He served as Chairman of Primary Health Systems, Inc., an acute care hospital management company, from 1994 to 2001.
He served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of American Healthcare Management, Inc., a publicly held hospital management company, from 1989 to 1994.
He has also served Universal Health Services, Inc. as Senior Vice President - Operations and UHS Hospital Company as President.
He currently serves, or has served on the board of directors of Pathmark Stores, Inc., Brown Schools, Inc., and Specialty Hospital of America.
