Sy Hung Ho

State Capital Investment Corp. (Investment Management) (SCIC-IM) is the investment management division of State Capital Investment Corp., a wholly-owned special economic organization of the Vietnamese Government which was founded in 2005 to invest in Vietnam's state-owned enterprises and to make strategic investments in key industries. Headquartered in Hanoi, SCIC-IM’s primary objectives are to facilitate state-owned enterprise reforms and improve the efficiency of the State's capital utilization. They are mandated to represent State capital interest in various types of businesses and to invest in key sectors with an aim to enhance the economic role of the State subject to market rules.
