His initial responsibilities included research support for the firm’s senior industrial analyst and were followed by primary research coverage of the energy sector.
In 2002, he joined CMF Capital Management, a multi-cap long/short hedge fund, as an equity analyst and was responsible for a variety of industrial and applied technology sectors in the fund.
He joined Bufka & Rodgers, (now part of Mid-Continent Capital, L.L.C.) in June 2004 as a Senior Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager and became a Vice President/Principal in 2008.
He joined Oak Family Advisors, LLC in December 2011.
He received his BS degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1985 and MBA degree in Finance from the University of Chicago, which he received in 1998.
He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
