Thomas Hillman

Mr. Hillman's experience encompasses all phases and functions of a business in a broad range of organizational environments from start-up to Fortune 500 public companies.
He is an entrepreneur who has founded, sold and been involved in IPO’s for several companies in the US, Europe and the Asia-Pacific.
He has worked for several venture funds in portfolio management and operations.
He contributes to Semaphore’s worldwide Technology Diligence practice providing technology advisory services for corporations, private equity, merger and acquisition, VC’s and Investment Banks with a focus on Operations, Sales, Marketing, and re-structuring.
He holds a degree from St. Olaf College and studied at both the University of Minnesota and Illinois Institute of Technology graduate programs.
