Hackman has been Secretary, a Vice President and General Counsel for Chrysler Financial Corp.
since July, 2007, and Secretary of DaimlerChrysler Insurance Co. since November, 1998.
Ms. Hackman has been a Director of RouteOne LLC since January, 2006, and Senior Staff Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Chrysler Financial Co. LLC, Chrysler Insurance Co., and Chrysler Canada, Inc., since December, 1995.
She joined DaimlerChrysler Insurance as a Staff Counsel in November, 1987.
Most recently, she was appointed a Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for DaimlerChrysler Financial Services Americas in January, 2006.
Ms. Hackman received a BA degree in Finance in 1982 and an MBA in 1987 from Michigan State University, and a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1986.
