Vadim Arseniev

Mr. Vadim Arseniev, Icon Private Equity’s managing partner, is in charge of investment in the financial, IT, telecommunications, media, and real estate sectors.
Before joining the fund, Mr. Arseniev worked for Brunswick Capital in 2003–2004, where he was responsible for searching for and analyzing investment projects as well as raising funds and sales of equity stakes in companies.
He took an active part in setting up Brunswick Rail Leasing company, the first independent rail cargo carrier in Russia.
Prior to that, he worked for the Sputnik investment fund, where he oversaw the Sputnik group of companies, which included Gazprom Media, NTV Plus TV channel, Afisha magazine, and National Forest Company.
He was also responsible for new investment projects searches, raising funds and developing business strategies.
He graduated from the Moscow State University of Commerce and also holds an MBA degree from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University (USA).
