Vinnie McSweeney

Vinnie is Vice President of OpenView’s Corporate Development team.
He works closely with OpenView’s portfolio to create and execute strategic and financial outcomes, including M&A, private capital raises, IPOs, and secondary transactions.
Prior to OpenView, Vinnie was Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Tripadvisor, where he was responsible for inorganic growth initiatives, business development, and internal capital allocation decisions.
Before Tripadvisor, he was a member of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications coverage group at Barclays Investment Bank, where he advised companies on M&A and capital raising activities.
