EUCOMA is an active manager which invests in independent (often family-owned and operated) companies or subsidiaries of trusts not belonging to the strategic core in a range of sectors including manufacturing, technology, wholesale industries, retail industries and services. They do not invest in companies in the tourism, construction or basic industries sectors. The firm seeks to acquire companies with revenue of EUR 20-150 million which are in special situations such as turnarounds, successions solution, insolvency or spin-offs and which operate in solid, ideally fragmented markets where they can achieve a substantial competitive position.
