Presently, Alicja Kornasiewicz is Chairman at Cineworld Group Plc. Dr. Kornasiewicz is also on the board of Eurokey Property Co. Ltd. and Member of Krajowej Izby Bieglych Rewidentów.

In the past Dr. Kornasiewicz was Chairman-Supervisory Board for BANK POLSKA KASA OPIEKI SA and Head-Investment Banking at UniCredit Group.

Alicja Kornasiewicz received a graduate degree from Warsaw School of Economics, a doctorate from Poznan University of Economics and an undergraduate degree from Harvard Business School.
