Currently, Amy E. Wilson is Secretary & General Counsel of Dow, Inc. and Secretary & General Counsel at The Dow Chemical Co. (a subsidiary of Dow, Inc.). Ms. Wilson is also on the board of Chamber of Commerce of The United States of America, MidMichigan Health Network LLC and The Charles J. Strosacker Foundation and Member of Society for Corporate Governance, Inc.

In her past career she occupied the position of Assistant Corporate Secretary at DuPont de Nemours, Inc. and Attorney at Currie Kendall PLC.

She received an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and a graduate degree from The University of Michigan Law School.
