Hayes is the founder of JaNSOME IP Management LLC (founded in 2012), Jansome Patent Fund LP (founded in 2012), and Atwater Partners of Texas LLC (founded in 2010).
He held the title of Fund Manager at JaNSOME IP Management LLC and Jansome Patent Fund LP, and Managing Member at Atwater Partners of Texas LLC.
Currently, Mr. Hayes is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Dominari Holdings, Inc. since 2013.
He is also a Member of the New York State Bar Association, The Florida Bar, The District of Columbia Bar, and the South Carolina Bar Association.
Additionally, he serves as an Advisor at Flare Capital Management Co. LLC.
In the past, Mr. Hayes held the position of Chief Executive Officer at North South Holdings, Inc. and Dominari Financial, Inc. He was an Independent Director at Hoth Therapeutics, Inc. from 2017 to 2020.
He also served as an Independent Director at Petra Acquisition, Inc. Furthermore, he worked as a Partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP from 1999 to 2010.
Mr. Hayes completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Mary Washington in 1990.
He then obtained his graduate degree from Tulane University Law School in 1995.
