In her past career she occupied the position of Managing Director at Health Care Group, Inc., Senior Vice President-Business at Merck & Co., Inc., Senior Vice President-Finance of Aramark, Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals LLC and Managing Director-Health Care Group at Deutsche Bank Corp.

She received an undergraduate degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
