Mr. Aquino previously occupied the position of Legal Counsel at MBF Card Services Sdn. Bhd., Secretary & Chief Legal Counsel at GSIS Family Bank, Chief Legal Counsel at Government Service Insurance System and Professor at San Sebastian College-Recoletos.

Mr. Aquino received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from San Sebastian College-Recoletos.
