Berberabe is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer of Pag-Ibig Fund and an Independent Director of SM Prime Holdings, Inc. She is also a Director of Palm Concepcion Power Corp., Alvarez & Katapult Digital Corp., a Trustee of UP Law Alumni Foundation, Inc., Philippine Heart Association, and The Outstanding Women In The Nations Service.
She was previously the President & Chief Executive Officer of Home Development Mutual Fund, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director of Philab Holdings Corp., and General Counsel & Head-Legal Department of Procter & Gamble Distributing (Philippines), Inc. She was also a Professor at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
Berberabe holds a graduate degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
