Presently, David R. Collyer occupies the position of Chairman of Chemtrade Electrochem, Inc. Mr. Collyer is also on the board of ARC Resources Ltd. and AltaLink LP and Chairman at Climate Change & Emissions Management Corp., Member of Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of AB and Member of Society of Petroleum Engineers (Canada).

In the past Mr. Collyer held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers and Chairman & President for Shell Canada Ltd.

David R. Collyer received an MBA and an undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta.
