David M. Kelly is on the board of Mestek, Inc.

In the past he occupied the position of Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Matthews International Corp. and President-North America Operations at Carrier Corp.

Mr. Kelly received an undergraduate degree from Boston College, a graduate degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
