De Ming Dai is on the board of Poly Developments & Holdings Group Co., Ltd., BOC Aviation Ltd., Accounting Society of China and CSC Financial Co., Ltd. and Accounting Professor at Renmin University of China School of Business.

He previously held the position of Dean-Accounting Department at Renmin University of China.

Dr. Dai received a graduate degree from Zhongnan University of Economics & Law, a doctorate from Renmin University of China and an undergraduate degree from Hunan University of Finance & Economics.
