Mr. Benaroya previously occupied the position of Head-Retail Banking Support & Development at UkrSibbank PJSC, Member-Supervisory Board & Head-Integration at Sygma Bank SA, Director-Foreign Trade Analysis Department at Ministère de l'Economie, des Finances, et de l'Industrie, Vice President-Management Board for BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA and Head-International Retail Banking at BNP Paribas Groupe (France).

He received an undergraduate degree from Ecole Polytechnique, an undergraduate degree from Ecole Nationale de la Statistique & de l'Administration, a graduate degree from the University of Tilburg and an undergraduate degree from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
