Fang Hua Wang

Fang Hua Wang is a member of the Education & Technical Committee, China Marketing Association, Shanghai Entrepreneurs Association, Shanghai Market Association, and the President of the China Business Management Research Committee.
Previously, Mr. Wang served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Sinopharm Group Co., Ltd.
from 2012 to 2014.
Mr. Wang also held positions as an Independent Director at Shanghai Mechanical & Electrical Industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels Co., Ltd., SAIC Motor Corp.
Ltd., Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd., Lonking Holdings Ltd., Shenzhen Auto Electric Power Plant Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Bairun Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.
Additionally, Mr. Wang was the Head of the Business Administration Department at Fudan University from 1994 to 1998 and the Deputy Head of the Management School at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University.
Mr. Wang graduated from Fudan University in 1989.
