Frannie Léautier founded The Fezembat Group and Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science & Technology. Presently, she is Managing Partner at The Fezembat Group.

She is also Senior Partner at Southbridge Group Ltd. and on the board of 7 other companies.

In her past career she was Chief Operating Officer for Trade & Development Bank, Senior Vice President at The African Development Bank, Secretary at The African Capacity Building Foundation and Vice President for World Bank Institute.

Frannie Léautier received a graduate degree and a doctorate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree from the University of Dar-Es-Salaam.
