In the past Mr. Christenson was President at Santos Indonesia, President-Indonesia Operations at Santos Ltd., Vice President-Indonesia Operations at Niko Resources Ltd. and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Black Gold Energy LLC (a subsidiary of Niko Resources Ltd.), General Manager at Unocal Makassar Ltd., Exploration Manager at British Gas Indonesia Ltd. and Exploration Manager at British Gas Gabon, Inc.

Mr. Christenson received an undergraduate degree from Hamline University.
