Presently, Giuseppe Conti is Chairman for Enel Generación Chile SA.

Mr. Conti previously occupied the position of Head-Significant Litigation & Legal Coordination at Enel SpA Head-Legal Coordination at Endesa SA, Head-Legal & Corporate Affairs at Enel Green Power SpA and Head-Legal & Corporate Affairs at Enel Italia SpA (which are all subsidiaries of Enel SpA).
