In his past career Mr. Kondo occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer for Lundin Gold, Inc., Chief Financial Officer of Lucara Diamond Corp. and Chief Financial Officer for Tamaya Resources Ltd.

Mr. Kondo received an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto.
