Glenn Muhammad Surya Yusuf is the founder of Falcon House Partners, which was founded in 2011.

He is also an Independent Commissioner at PT Surya Citra Media Tbk since 2004 and a Vice President Commissioner at PT Bank.

Mr. Yusuf has held several former positions, including President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at PT Perusahaan Perkebunan London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk from 2003 to 2007, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at PT Danareksa (Persero) from 1995 to 2001, and Chairman at Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency from 1998 to 2000.
He also served as Chairman-Finance Assistance Team at Indonesia Ministry of Finance from 2001 to 2002 and as an Independent Director at CIMB Group Holdings Bhd.
from 2010 to 2019.
Additionally, he was the Finance Director at PT Bank Niaga from 1985 to 1994 and a Director at PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) from 1994 to 1995.
He held the position of Director General-Financial Institutions at Indonesia Ministry of Finance in 1998.
He was also the President Director at PT Kertas Basuki Rachmat Indonesia Tbk from 2010 to 2011 and the Manager-Capital Markets at Citibank NA (New York) from 1981 to 1985.
Furthermore, he served as the President Commissioner at PT Indorama Petrochemicals from 2004 to 2010 and as a Senior Partner at PT Nusantara Capital Securities from 2007 to 2010.
Mr. Yusuf completed his graduate degree at Asian Institute of Management in 1981 and his undergraduate degree at the University of the Philippines in 1979.
