Presently, Hamzah bin Mohammed Noor occupies the position of Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Imaspro Corp. Bhd.

He is also Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in Malaysia.

He previously occupied the position of Chief Executive Officer at Malaysian Maritime Academy Sdn. Bhd. and Chief Executive Officer of Akademi Laut Malaysia.

He received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from The University of Liverpool.
