Presently, Henry S. Bienen is Chairman of Rasmussen College, Inc. and Chairman at Rasmussen University LLC.

He is also Chairman-Crown Center on the Middle East Studies at Brandeis University, Member of Steppenwolf Theatre Co., Member of The American Political Science Association, Member of Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics and Member of JSTOR and on the board of 12 other companies.

Henry S. Bienen previously held the position of President & Trustee at The Poetry Foundation, Member of The American Library Association, Member of Association of American Universities and Professor & Dean at Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs.

He received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a graduate degree and a doctorate from The University of Chicago.
