Currently, Howard R. Elliott holds the position of President & Chief Operating Officer of RS Technologies, Inc.

In the past he was Vice President-Research & Development for Park Aerospace Corp. President of AGC Nelco America, Inc. President for Nelco Products Pte Ltd. and President for Nelco Technology (Zhuhai FTZ) Ltd. (which are all subsidiaries of Park Aerospace Corp.).

Mr. Elliott received an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
