Presently, Ihab Magdy Toma holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of Vantage Drilling International. Mr. Toma is also on the board of 6 other companies.

In his past career Mr. Toma was Chairman of Engstrom, Inc., Chief of Staff & Executive Vice President at Transocean Ltd. and Vice President-Sales & Marketing at SLB (United States).

Mr. Toma received an undergraduate degree from the University of Cairo.
