He previously occupied the position of Financial Manager at Aes SpA, Director & Director-Administrative & Financial at Soges SPA and Head-Finance & Control at EGEA - Ente Gestione Energia e Ambiente SpA.

Mr. Tamborrini received an undergraduate degree from the University of Turin.
