Presently, Isabelle Esser is Chief Research, Innovation & Food Safety Officer at Danone SA. Dr. Esser is also on the board of Tate & Lyle Plc.
In her past career she occupied the position of Head-Research & Development at Unilever Plc and Chief Human Resources Officer for Barry Callebaut AG.
Dr. Esser received a doctorate from the University of Birmingham and an undergraduate degree from Université Catholique de Louvain.
