Currently, Isaiah Ailenmoagbon holds the position of Head-Conduct & Compliance at Access Bank (Ghana) Ltd. Mr. Ailenmoagbon is also Member of Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Member of International Academy of Business & Financial Management and Member of Compliance Institute Nigeria.

In his past career he held the position of Head-Subsidiaries Conduct & Compliance at Access Bank Plc and COO, Executive Director-Operations & IT at Access Bank (Gambia) Ltd. (a subsidiary of Access Bank Plc).

Mr. Ailenmoagbon received a graduate degree from the University of Lagos and an undergraduate degree from the University of Benin.
