Presently, Itzhak Edrei occupies the position of President at TowerJazz Japan Ltd.

He is also on the board of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (former President), Jazz Semiconductor, Inc., TowerJazz Panasonic Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and Polyn Technology Ltd.

In his past career he occupied the position of Head-Device & Yield at National Semiconductor (Israel) Ltd.

Itzhak Edrei received a doctorate and an undergraduate degree from Bar-Ilan University and a doctorate from Rutgers State University of New Jersey.
