JT McLain

As a Partner, JT leads Sify Ventures from Los Angeles, and brings more than a decade of experience financing and scaling companies around the world.
A graduate of Trinity College, with an MBA from Duke University, JT began his career working for the Clinton Foundation’s climate initiative, building markets for emerging clean technologies across the globe.
He joined Sify Technologies in 2015, and served as VP, Strategy and Partnerships.
In his current leadership position, JT identifies companies which are a great fit for Sify Ventures’ unique combination of capital, development and market access.
Once on-board, JT ensures these companies make the most of their partnership with Sify through guidance, strategy, product development, technical consult, and go-to market support.
