James Grube is on the board of GameStop Corp.

In the past Mr. Grube occupied the position of Finance Director of Amazon.com, Inc., Senior Vice President-Finance for Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc., Chief Financial Officer for Vacasa LLC and Chief Financial Officer at Chewy, Inc.

Mr. Grube received an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and a graduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
