Joan Giacinti founded AeroDome Sdn. Bhd. and Sofratesa. Presently, he occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer at Sofratesa. Mr. Giacinti is also on the board of EuroSite Power Inc. and EuroSite Power Ltd. and President-Americas Region at Forum Francophone des Affaires and President-French Trade Councils at Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France.

Mr. Giacinti received an undergraduate degree from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris.
