Mr. Dahrouge is also on the board of ALX Resources Corp. and Eagle Bay Resources Corp. and Member of Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of BC and Member of Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of AB.

He previously occupied the position of Vice President-Exploration for Sky Gold Corp., Independent Director & Senior VP-Exploration at Pacific Silk Road Resources Group, Inc. and President & Chief Operating Officer of Fission Energy Corp.

Mr. Dahrouge received an undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta.
