Mr. Kimble previously occupied the position of Vice President & Head-Corporate Development at Mattel, Inc. and Vice President-Finance, Strategy & Operations at Disney Interactive Studios, Inc.

Mr. Kimble received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.
