Mr. McKnight previously held the position of President, Vice President & General Manager at Danaher Corp., Chief Operating Officer at Morgan Corp. (South Carolina) and Divisional President at Colfax Corp.

Mr. McKnight received an undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, a graduate degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
