Mr. Christodoro is also on the board of Herbalife International, Inc., PayPal Holdings, Inc., Frontier Acquisition Corp. and Velocity Merger Corp. and President & Chief Investment Officer at Patriot Global Management LP.

In the past he held the position of Chairman of Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Investment Professional at P2 Capital Partners LLC and Managing Director at Icahn Capital LP.

Mr. Christodoro received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University, an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a graduate degree from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
