He is also on the board of Sable Resources Ltd. and Member of Law Society of British Columbia.

He previously was Non-Executive Chairman of MAG Silver Corp., Vice President-Corporate Affairs at Sutton Resources Ltd., Independent Director at Troon Ventures Ltd., Secretary, Director & Vice President at Canico Resource Corp., Member of Institute of Corporate Directors and Director at Cumberland Resources Ltd.

Mr. Rubenstein received an undergraduate degree from Oakland University (Michigan) and a graduate degree from the University of British Columbia.
