Jor Hung Lee is Chairman for DL Brokerage Ltd. Mr. Lee is also on the board of Everbright Grand China Assets Ltd. and Member of Securities & Futures Commission, Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and Member of Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal Panel.

In the past Mr. Lee was Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Member of Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute.

Mr. Lee received an undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Macau.
