Presently, Kajsa Birgitta von Geijer is Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Elfte Huset AB and Senior Vice President-Human Resources for Thule Group AB, Senior Vice President-Human Resources for Thule AB (a subsidiary of Thule Group AB).

She is also on the board of Thule Holding AB and Lunicore Studentkonsult AB (former Chairman).

She previously occupied the position of Manager-Human Resources at Trelleborg AB, Director-Human Resources at Levi Strauss Norway AS, Manager-Human Resources at Svedala Svenska AB, Manager-Training & Development at Nestlé Sverige AB, Director-Human Resources for FMC Technologies, Inc., Director-Human Resources of John Bean Technologies SA and Chairman for Stiftelsen Lundsbergs Skolas Garantifond.

She received an undergraduate degree from the University of Lund.
